Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Woodland Park

We had a great stay! The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were clean, and the location was perfect for our trip! I like how we could utilize the sister hotel next door for the pool and hot tub. The view from our room was also very pretty. The breakfast was good, but limited to waffles, toast, yogurt, and cereal. This was just fine for us but I wanted to add that in here for others to take into consideration when booking!

I had a rough travel experience to the area and upon arriving Stacy was a gem. My travel experience turned around immediately. Stacy and team were more than willing to work with me to fit my accommodations and I couldn't be more please. Would recommend to anyone. 5/5

I got caught in a snow storm at night on my way through town and had to stay for the night. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was a little pricey for a Thursday night in my opinion ($150) but I was stuck and had no other choice. The room was clean with plenty of fresh towels. The bed and bedding was clean and comfortable. Except for the person in the room next to me banging around in the evening and first thing in the morning, I slept very well. The room came equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, coffee, cups, an ice bucket, alarm clock, tv, wall desk/table and plenty of useful outlets. Breakfast was continental style with a waffle maker, an assortment of breakfast cereals, fresh fruit, juices, yogurt, breads and bagels, prepackaged oatmeal and of course coffee and tea. I received a text message in the morning regarding my stay. I was given the option of a late check out. I requested a late check out (12 noon) to make sure the roads were clear enough for me to continue my travels. I ended up checking out at 11:30. The morning desk clerk expressed concern for my safety driving in the snow and was even kind enough to come out and help me navigate the parking lot in the snow. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this location to anyone passing through and/or visiting the area on vacation. It is right off Hwy 24, close to the shopping center with a grocery store and a variety of restaurants and shops and there is a movie theater within walking distance.

The real I’m was perfect, amplíe space. Front desk cleros are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options are very good.

The manager Stacy and the entire staff we're kind pleasant and very eager to meet the needs of every individual staying there in the microtel inn my room was immaculate the atmosphere was quiet safe feeling and words can't even describe how pleasant it was, not only do they care for the people staying there they also show love for all the animals that come and visit with their owners I just want to say thank you so much to you all for making my stay pleasant and comfortable God bless you all every single one of you that works at this establishment. GREAT FRIENDLY PEOPLE!!!

Very clean and smells new. The room was comfortable and quiet. We all got a great nights sleep. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Fridge and microwave in room. Pillows were firm. Surprise window seat to sit and enjoy the mountain view’s. Close to Pikes Peak. 10/10 would stay here again.

Nice hotel but very understaffed. Rooms were clean and the cleaning schedule is well explained upon check-in however getting new towels was a chore. The location is good but can be hard to get in and out when Woodland Park gets busy. I didn’t even attempt to take a left turn onto Highway 24 without going to the light at the Wendy’s.

My one and only complaint is something that most people don't even know should be a concern. The condition and cleanliness of the ptac(hvac) system filters. They are removable and washable. The ones in the room that I stayed in were very dirty. I washed and dried them before turning the unit on. Housekeeping staff should be trained to include this in their routine. Other than that the lack of a pet paw friendly area outside for potty breaks was irritating for my dog and breakfast left quite a bit to be desired for someone who avoids carbs.
